National Archery in Schools Program

On Wednesday, March 11th, Jackson County Middle School, Tyner Elementary and McKee Elementary participated in the NASP (National Archery in Schools Program) state tournament in Louisville. 

Jackson County Middle School finished with a team score of 3189 and finished 20th in the state.   Leana Bingham led the team with a score of 281 and Nick Lakes was the top male shooter with a score of 277.  Maximum score is 300.

Tyner Elementary finished with a team score of 2874.  Peyton Hacker led the team with a score of 271 and Nicki Seals was the top female shooter with a score of 242. 

McKee Elementary finished with a team score of 2824.  Isabelle Truett led the team with a score of 259 and Chase Morris was the top male shooter with a score of 252.
