Artists Visit the Tigers

Two artists,  Yolantha Harrison-Pace and Diane Simpson, were provided through the Kentucky Arts Council and Promise Neighborhood to engage our youngest tigers in the creation of art.   Yolantha Harrison-Pace worked with Kindergarten and first graders to create and sustain rhythms.  Diane Simpson visited second and third grade to engage students in the creation of woven baskets.  To see pictures of the visits, click on the Photo Gallery located on the left side of this page.
